Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging and protective materials to ensure the furniture remains secure and undamaged during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box or, for white-glove delivery items, coordinate a convenient pickup time with our specialized furniture freight partners.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
